Dr. Fabian Doemer is Director and head of the Information Management Practice of Arthur D. Little Central Europe. Dr. Doemer has 15 years of industry and consulting experience regarding strategic IT. He is focussing on IT-business alignment by optimizing IT strategy, IT governance, and/or IT processes. Fabian is also an expert in all IT change management aspects, e.g. IT post merger integration, IT process improvement, IT system migration. He is holding a PhD from the University of Stuttgart and a Diploma in Business Administration and Computer Science from Mannheim University.
